All application forms are available on this website and should be sent at least a week prior to the course via post or e-mail or submitted in person. Only candidates whose application is accepted are allowed to attend the course.
Candidates need to submit the following application forms:
- Application for certification,
- Application for training,
- Visual acuity test certificate,
- Verification of work experience.
Important notes
Candidates who have not been certified at the CrSNDT Certification Centre should submit copies of their certificates.
Candidates for level 3 courses also need to submit a cover letter and a CV containing information on experience in non-destructive testing.
Candidates for radiographic testing course also need to pass the course of radiation protection at the State Office for Radiation Centre (SORP), the costs of which are not included here. The course is usually held on prescribed dates.
Attendees of UT and MT courses are kindly asked to bring their own equipment and devices.
